Our Story
Environmental Assessment Specialists, Inc. was founded in 1992 by Gavin Leaver with a simple mission: provide responsive, technically rigorous environmental consulting at a fair price.
Over three decades, we have built a firm defined by its people — seasoned professionals who bring genuine expertise to every engagement, from Phase I ESAs for individual lenders to complex multi-discipline NEPA studies for large-scale infrastructure projects.
